The router supports wireless speeds of up to 300Mbps. It supports Access Point, Wireless Router, Client, WISP Router Repeater modes. Two RJ-45 ports allow for wired connection in wireless router mode.

The TL-WR810N features a USB port allowing users to charge their devices on the go, such as smartphones or tablets, or use it to share files or media on a connected USB flash or hard disk with network connected users within the local network, acting as a miniature server ideal for entertainment and collaboration.
